How long does it take to arrive?
Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

How much is the shipping cost?
Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:
The shipment method you choose;
The destination country that the package ships to;
The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.
We offer free shipping for orders over $79. The following is our shipping cost sheet.
Our advice is to visit our website, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.
How to use "Coupon Code"?
You can apply coupons and bonus points to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click ”apply” before continue checkout, your order total will not reflect coupon and Bonus Point discount.
Refunds & Returns
What if it doesn't fit?
No problem! Send it back within 30 days and we’ll give you a refund or replacement!
What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
In the rare event that this happens, just send us a picture and we’ll quickly send you a replacement!
No need to worry about returning it.
Are returns free?
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products which are not from our website.
What is status of my refund?
Refund to credit card, the whole process may take 10-30 business days as your card bank needs to process the refund to you.
Quality & Care
Does it hold up in the wash?
Yes. We use a style of printing called ‘Direct To Garment’, which makes our graphics long lasting.
The fabrics we use are comfy, but they’re also durable, so you don’t have to worry about it falling apart.
Does it shrink in the wash?
Our 100% cotton t-shirts, tank tops & long sleeves are pre-shrunk to retain fit after washing.
However, we do recommend following our care instructions to help items last longer.
How do I wash/dry it?
Use the following recommendations to make our products last longer:
1) Turn clothing inside out (print on the inside) before throwing it in the washing machine.
2) Wash with similar colors.
3) Do not wash at more than 30°C/90°F.
4) Do not bleach.
5) If possible, avoid drying items with a machine and hang dry instead.
6) If ironing is needed, turn the shirt inside out and iron the backside.
